I have a very simple philosophy on training. “We move at one speed … 100%.” I am fully aware that there are numerous levels of fitness, but I ask only one thing of anyone that I train. Give me your best … and then some. I believe that the true potential in all of us is something that we strive for, but is not always something that we can achieve without that extra push. I am that extra push. My training style is definitely not for everyone; but if you feel you are ready to be challenged, I will be waiting to hear from you.

I understand that we all live extremely busy lives, whether it is with work, family, school, or all of the above. I truly believe that it is of the utmost importance to include health and fitness into our daily routine. I have played multiple sports throughout my lifetime and … have found that in each position and each sport, there is a different physical benefit that people can learn from and use to improve their mental and physical well being.

My training regimen focuses on a heavy mix of physical activity. I incorporate high intensity interval training, Olympic lifting, boxing, and various other methods into my programs.
