I believe the job of a fitness trainer should be to motivate, educate, inform, plan, and execute a program that is customized for the client's specific wants and needs.

Your program should be designed to set you up for success ... not failure. It should equip you with the knowledge to train yourself ... only returning for new ideas to break away from plateaus.

Nutrition is the most important part of your program! Anyone can train for an hour a day. It's what you do the other 23 hours that makes the difference.

[1] How do I eat on days I train? [2] How do I eat on off days? [3] At what time of my day should/shouldn't  I eat certain foods? [4] How many calories should I consume? ... These are all important questions that should be addressed.

To help you reach your goals, I will incorporate my past professional experiences. I learned compassion as an EMT/dialysis technician for 4 years ... and I learned the knowledge of how the body moves through being a licensed massage therapist for 14 years.

When I became a Physique Pro, I realized my dedication, discipline, patience, passion, self respect, and a strong work ethic. My commitment is to bring all of theses same attributes to each and every client and program.

What are your goals?
