Boxing works by moving your body in all planes of motion while continuously changing the routine as you progress through the workout. Boxing has proven that anyone at any level of fitness, skill, or ability can gain great physical and emotional benefit.
I value and emphasize technique, fundamentals, and safety. This allows you to maximize the benefits of boxing through progression while minimizing the risk of injury.
In class, you'll train and feel just like a boxer [during a shorter duration]. And ... you get to hit things ... just not each other. All classes are non-contact. Sparring is never allowed.
My passion lies in helping others through boxing. It has had a profound impact on my life personally and professionally and has allowed me the opportunity to share it with others on so many great levels. Some of the most memorable moments have been right here at theGYMkc.
