IMPORTANT NOTICES FOR CLASSES: *** Thaddeus' Boxing Class is canceled Thursday, October 1 and Tuesday, October 6. Class will resume on Thursday, October 8. *** Jonetta's Project Poolside classes [50/50, Nooner, Nooner: Quickie, Nooner: Quickie: Core Blast] are canceled October 22-29. Classes will resume on November 1. *** All classes are cancelled on Veteran's Day [Wednesday, November 11, 2026] so our instructors can enjoy the holiday with their friends and family.
