Please note, near the end of your lease term, you will receive an email from us listing the current prices for membership renewals. IF YOU RENEW YOUR LEASE, the office will update us, and we'll extend your amenity membership at no charge, and/or will continue the discounted rate for those "bonus" members on the lease. Simply reply "I'm renewing my lease!" This reminder email is intended only as information for anyone who is NOT renewing their lease, but wishes to continue membership with theGYMkc.

Policies & Signature

Please carefully read each item and click the box to agree:

[1] Need to cancel? If you would like to make changes to your membership, you MUST contact us at least one [1] day BEFORE your billing date. If you contact us on or after your billing date, your card will have already been charged. To cancel you may call, email, complete the website form, or leave a voice message.

[2] No Sneaky...Sneaky: EVERYONE MUST SCAN IN EVERY TIME! Do NOT hold the door open for others. Do NOT let anyone in the gym. Your membership WILL BE cancelled if you allow non-members into the gym.

[3] Gym Etiquette: Do NOT grunt. Do NOT yell. Do NOT slam weights obnoxiously or throw things. Please wipe down equipment before/after use, pick up after yourself, and put things back where they belong. Do NOT be a Meat Head or Jackass!

[4] Dress Code: YOU MUST WEAR a shirt, shorts [with an inseam that completely covers the glutes], & close-toed shoes [MINIMUM]. Crop tops, stringer tanks, or cut-off shirts exposing the chest or abdomen are not allowed.

[5] Headphones are required for personal listening devices. Playing your music & videos, and/or making phone calls, or FaceTiming in "speaker-mode" is annoying and rude.

[6] NO GUESTS ARE ALLOWED. Everyone entering the gym MUST be an active member and MUST scan in.

[7] theGYMkc is not responsible for lost or stolen property. Lockers are provided for daily use. Please bring your own lock.

[8] I am AT LEAST 18 years of age, & I understand that persons/children UNDER THE AGE OF 18 are NOT ALLOWED in the building.

[9] IF AT ANY POINT IN MY MEMBERSHIP, I SELECT MONTHLY RECURRING BILLING: I authorize theGYMkc to AUTOMATICALLY charge my debit/credit card EVERY month, until I cancel per the instructions above. I understand that if I would like to cancel this automatic payment, I MUST CONTACT theGYMkc AT LEAST ONE DAY BEFORE my chosen billing date. IF I choose 3-month, 6-month or 12-month PRE-PAID membership, this clause does not apply.

The next step is to set up an appointment to process payment, get your picture taken, and have your hand scanned into our biometric hand scanner door entry system. Don't forget to bring your debit/credit card, photo ID, your face, and your hand.
