I’m a husband, father of two, and a dedicated fitness professional with over 5 years of hands-on experience transforming lives through movement, discipline, and strength. My personal journey started at 265lbs to 185lbs transforming my mindset/physique for a better version of me. I understand first hand the hardship of making better choices for the future and longevity but today you have the opportunity to make a change. As a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist, I specialize in motivated individuals and everyday athletes to overcome limitations, eliminate pain, and build powerful, functional bodies.

With a background in strength & conditioning and professional bodybuilding, I bring both science and real-world results to every training session. My approach emphasizes proper strength training mechanics not just for performance but for longevity, joint health, and sustainable results. Because building a strong body isn’t just about how you look, it’s about how you live.

In addition to one-on-one coaching, I also lead small group training sessions designed to bring the community together. These sessions build camaraderie, accountability, and a shared commitment to pushing past your potential. Creating a supportive environment where everyone thrives.

I don’t just coach; I lead by example. Let’s build a life of purpose, power, and resilience!
