    Converge KC: Uptown Residents: Online Sign-Up Form:
    If you are a resident of ConvergeKC: Uptown and are named on the lease, fill out the information below. We will confirm with the ConvergeKC: Uptown leasing office that you are an official resident and then we will contact you to complete the sign-up process.

    Memberships Instructions

    Your ConvergeKC: Uptown lease covers membership for ONE person named on the lease. Up to TWO additional people named on the lease may purchase a reduced-rate membership. If your name is not listed on the lease, you may join with a regularly-priced membership.

    All Monthly Recurring Memberships [the ones not covered by ConvergeKC: Uptown] must be paid by a debit/credit card [Visa/MasterCard/Discover]. Your first charge will be a prorated amount ... depending on how many days are left in the billing cycle. All Monthly Recurring Memberships are charged on the 1st of EVERY month on an ongoing basis [until you cancel your membership]. Cancelling your membership is a simple process ... but MUST be done at least 1 day BEFORE you are billed.

    All other membership types must be paid in full with cash, with a debit/credit card [Visa/MasterCard/Discover], or with a personal check/money order. If paying with cash, please have exact change. No money is left on the premises; therefore, change cannot be made by our employees.

    ​MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP DEBIT/CREDIT CARD RECURRING BILLING AGREEMENT

    By clicking this box, I authorize theGYMkc to AUTOMATICALLY charge my debit/credit card EVERY month on my chosen billing date. I understand that if I would like to cancel this automatic payment, I MUST CONTACT theGYMkc AT LEAST ONE DAY BEFORE my chosen billing date.
    **Please note, near the end of your lease term, you will receive an email from us listing the current prices for membership renewals. IF YOU RENEW YOUR LEASE, the office will update us, and we'll extend your amenity membership at no charge, and/or will continue the discounted rate for those "bonus" members on the lease. Simply reply "I'm renewing my lease!" This reminder email is intended only as information for anyone who is NOT renewing their lease, but wishes to continue membership with theGYMkc.

    The next step is to set up an appointment to complete your enrollment. This will include processing payment [if applicable], taking your picture, and to having your hand scanned into our fancy schmancy bio-metric hand scanner door entry system. Don't forget to bring your photo ID, your face, and your hand, [and if applicable, your Visa/MasterCard/Discover] to your appointment. Request an appointment time below.
