Fitness equipment can be intimidating, exercise selection is overwhelming, and we all have a story.
Losing 60 pounds was one of the most exciting parts of my story. Now I know it's true that you can turn your stress into joy, aches into strength, and setbacks into comebacks. Gonna yell: please note that YOU DO NOT
HAVE TO “GET INTO SHAPE” BEFORE YOU MEET WITH A TRAINER. That would be like calling for an Uber, only to have the driver tell you to walk 2 miles in their direction before they pick you up. I meet you where you
are now.

  • Overweight
  • Underweight
  • Recovering from an injury
  • Prenatal/Postnatal
  • Living with chronic pain
  • Enduring Fatigue
  • New to exercise
  • Advanced in exercise
  • Facing a military readiness physical test
  • Teenage athletes
  • Elderly

I prioritize:
  • Injury prevention because you can't meet your goals if you keep getting hurt
  • Reducing or eliminating joint paint in your back, knees, hips, elbows, etc.
  • Intelligent movement based on science
  • Sustainable, approachable, and effective exercises to maximize your results


I encourage:
  • Movement in-between sessions (I am happy to provide additional “DIY” workouts for in-between your scheduled sessions)
  • Getting real with your *very* limited time budget
  • Honoring your rest when you’re sick
  • Taking incremental steps towards your improved nutrition (striving for progress, not perfection)
  • Doing the damn thing; let’s go!​
