THIS CLASS BEGINS WITH 10 MINUTES OF CARDIO. IF YOU CAN'T FIND THE INSTRUCTOR, JONETTA, ON THE CLASS FLOOR, IT'S BECAUSE SHE IS GETTING WARMED UP ON THE TREADMILL OR WALKING OUTSIDE. GET YOUR BODY MOVING/WARMED UP ... AND SHE WILL MEET YOU ON THE FLOOR AT 9:10 FOR THE LIFTING PART OF THE CLASS. CLASS DESCRIPTION:
50/50 is a spin-off of theGYMkc's original class: Project Poolside. It is a class made up of interval training. We start off on the cardio machines [you can choose your "poison" ... and you choose your own intensity]. At 9:10, we lift for 10 minutes, we do cardio for 10 minutes, we lift again for 10 minutes, and then we do cardio for 10 minutes. During the last 10 minutes of class, we will work our core and end by stretching the entire body.
