Take care of your body!
It’s the only place YOU have to live! Our bodies are in a constant state of change both physically and mentally, and we should be aware that what worked 10 years ago may not be the best approach today or tomorrow. My goal is to honestly do what is best for you and get you to a place where you not only feel good about how you look and feel but also get you to a point where you understand that being healthy is a lifestyle and has a long-term impact. I also want you to know that change is hard, but it is OK because change means growth!
My approach is simple!
Whether you see me once a week or five times a week, I want to leave you with tools and resources to help keep you on track for those days when we are not together. I use an app that will give you guided workouts, and I also can put together meal plans along with recipes that work with any dietary restrictions, lifestyle, and schedule. So, let's chat! I am available starting at 5am Monday - Friday in person and virtual if the gym is not your thing! Not a morning person, no problem. We can find a time that works for you!
