    Would you like to cancel your membership?
    First, ask yourself, "What is my billing date?"
    If you are submitting this form, you MUST do so at least [1] one day before your billing date. Bill dates are either on the 1st or the 15th of the month [NOT the 2nd /3rd or 17th/18th or whenever your bank posts your monthly charge]. If you contact us on your billing date or after, your debit/credit card will have already been charged and your money CANNOT be refunded.

    ​Please understand that we will be sad that you are going ... and we might cry. If you choose to have this burden on your shoulders and still want to cancel your membership, please fill out the form below. The good news is ... you are always welcome back to theGYMkc.

    You will receive a confirmation email and/or phone call stating that your membership has been canceled. If for some reason you don't receive one of those two in a few hours [sometimes I'm busy training clients, teaching classes, or ... wait for it ... sleeping], please call us at 816.960.0502. Sometimes things get lost in the mail and sometimes I sleep more than 3 hours at a time. Damn that cyberspace and that re-setting the body thing!
