I am a big stickler on building the basic foundations based on form and technique. Without these two, you have a recipe for disaster plagued with injuries. For most of my life, I have been fairly active with not a lot of time sitting on the couch. Running has been a big part of it, competing in cross-country and track events in high school and even a small stint at the collegiate level. If I'm not outside running or at theGYMkc, you’ll find me out biking, hiking, camping, doing small DIY projects around the house or on cars. I have 10+ years experience in leading group strength and conditioning fitness classes.
